1. Orders & Production

All products are made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. We aim to produce orders within 3–7 business days.

2. Customization

By submitting customization details and files, you confirm you have the right to use that content. We reserve the right to decline orders with inappropriate content.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defects. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report a defect.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in US Dollars and include applicable taxes at checkout.
